Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of the construction site, the supervision of the work of the labor force, etc.
2. Under the guidance of the project manager, strictly follow the construction organization design and construction progress;
3. Responsible for standardizing the construction site and coordinating the work of Party A, the general contractor and the work type;
4. Timely feedback and resolution of problems arising in drawings and construction;
5. Organize the quality inspection of the construction project, periodically analyze the quality problems existing in the project, formulate corrective measures, and supervise the implementation.
6. Supervise the construction process, quality, raw material testing, concealed project acceptance, collection and collation of engineering materials.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above; fresh graduates;
2. More than three years working experience in curtain wall, door and window construction management is preferred;
3. Proficiency in CAD and office software;
4. Have strong communication skills, on-site comprehensive coordination ability, flexible mind, and good language skills;
5. Work hard, practical, serious, able to withstand pressure, with strong team integration ability;
6. Can accept the arrangement of the company's assignment.
